Quiz – Basic settings
The settings for a quiz in Mentortools allow you to specify exactly when the quiz is available to your customers—whether it's unlocked immediately or only after a certain period of time. You'll also learn how to duplicate or delete a quiz in your course.

Where Can I Find the Settings for a Specific Quiz?
Log in to your member area and go to "Courses" in the side menu.
Then, click on "Overview" to see the list of all your courses.
Select the course and module where you want to edit the quiz. By clicking on "Modules," all existing modules in this course will be displayed.
By clicking on "Content," you will see all existing lessons and quizzes in this module.
To edit the quiz, click on the title of the quiz you want to edit. After clicking the title, all settings will be displayed.

What is a Quiz Link?
Here you will find the link to the specific quiz. You can copy it and send it to a participant if you want them to review a certain topic or check their knowledge from a specific part of the course. This is especially useful if you want the participant to focus on a particular area or return to a test after working through a lesson.
You can also insert this link into another lesson within the same course to make navigation easier for participants and allow for a smooth transition between theory and practical knowledge assessment.
Access Settings – Days Until Quiz is Unlocked
In each quiz, you can set the number of days until it is unlocked. This means how many days after gaining course access the quiz will become available to your customers.
For example, if you set 10 days for the quiz to be unlocked, it will become available to your customer 10 days after the course starts / they purchase the course / they register in the members' area. (Note: The number of days until release is cumulative if you have also set a release delay for modules.)
If you enter "0," the quiz is immediately accessible.
How to duplicate a Quiz?
With the "Clone" function, you can duplicate an existing quiz in the current module. With the "Duplicate to..." function, you can copy the quiz to another module or another course in your members' area.
Clone– If you choose this option, a copy of the quiz is created in the same module.
Duplicate to... – If you choose this option, you can copy the quiz to another module within the same course or to a completely different course.
In this case, a list of courses and modules will be displayed, from which you can select which course/courses and module/modules you want to copy the quiz to.
After you have selected the desired course and module, click the blue button "Submit Copy." The quiz will then be copied to the selected course and module.
How to delete a Quiz?
By clicking "I confirm that I want to delete my quiz" and then "Delete Quiz," you will remove the quiz from your module/course.
Saving Settings
Save the changes you have made by clicking the "Save" or "Save and Close" button at the bottom.
