How to Access a Member's Quiz Results

1. Click on "Members" in the left menu.

2. Select "Members and Leads."

3. Click on the desired member (e.g., "Max Muster").

4. Click on the "Quiz Statistics" section.

5. Review the Statistical Data

In the "Quiz Statistics," you see an overview of a specific member's quiz results. The image shows the following:

• Passed: This tells you whether the member passed the quiz. A value of 100% means that the person answered all the questions correctly in this case.

• Last Result: Here you see the result of the last attempt. This is very practical to see how the participant performed if they took the quiz multiple times.

In short, you can see at a glance how well a member did on a specific quiz.

6. Note for Missing Data

If no quiz results are available, this will be displayed accordingly.

7. More Details on Quiz Results

Click the arrow next to the corresponding quiz.

Now you will see more details about the quiz results, such as the date and time, the percentage the member achieved, whether the quiz was passed, and you have the option to click the arrow under "Details" to view the detailed results of a participant's quiz attempt.

Here is the information you get:

• Email Address: The email address of the participant who took the quiz (here: test@test.com).

• Date & Time: The exact time the quiz was completed.

• Attempts: The number of attempts for this quiz (here: 1).

• Last Result: The percentage result of the last attempt (here: 100%).

• Result: Indicates whether the quiz was passed.

• Questions: An overview of the questions and answers. In the example, you see the question "Is water wet?" and the "Correct answer" for it.

• Correct / Incorrect: Here you see how many questions were answered correctly (here: 1/1 correct).

8. View Questionnaire and Review Answers

Click the arrow to view the questionnaire and the answer options.

The questionnaire and answer options will now be displayed.

• Question: The question asked (in the example: "Is water wet?").

• Answer Options: You see the possible answers that were presented to the participant ("A Yes," "B No").

• Participant's Choice: The green checkmark at "Yes" tells you that the participant selected this answer.

• Correct Answer: The green highlight and the text "Correct Answer" confirm that the selected answer is the correct one.

This view is useful to see exactly which questions a participant answered correctly or incorrectly. This way, you can identify weak spots in your course or understand why someone failed a quiz.

Tips for Course Creators

• Use quiz statistics to identify knowledge gaps early.

• Contact participants directly if they have repeatedly low scores.

• Use the data to improve your course: Where do many participants drop off? Which questions are particularly difficult?
